We’re working with a leading residential developer on a major regeneration scheme in Barking, and they’re looking to bring on a Materials Controller to support the project’s smooth delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Storeman ready to step up into a more senior role and take on greater responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and controlling the flow of materials to site

*

Coordinating with site and procurement teams to call off materials as required

*

Maintaining stock levels and ensuring timely deliveries

*

Keeping accurate records of deliveries and materials usage

Requirements:

*

Previous experience working as a Storeman for a main contractor, developer, or subcontractor

*

Organised, proactive and able to work well with site teams

*

A good understanding of construction materials and logistics
