Document Controller
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Document Controller to join a leading Main Contractor, supporting the delivery of high-quality construction projects. This role will be based between a live project site in Epsom and the company’s Central London Head Office, offering a dynamic and varied working environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain project documentation using Procore, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Control the flow of documents across site and office teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
*
Ensure all drawings, specifications, RFIs, and related documents are logged, reviewed, and distributed in line with project protocols.
*
Coordinate document reviews and approvals, ensuring version control and proper archiving.
*
Support site and project teams in document-related queries and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
*
Assist with reporting and audits as required.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry, ideally with a main contractor.
*
Strong working knowledge of Procore and other document management systems (e.g. Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint).
*
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
*
Strong communication and coordination abilities across teams and functions.
*
Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple locations.
*
Familiarity with project delivery workflows and construction documentation.
