Lead mechanical pre-construction design & coordination

Produce compliant, competitive tender bids

Manage client & consultant interfaces

Support procurement & construction teams

Guide junior estimators & ensure technical accuracy

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years’ experience in mechanical & PH services

*

3+ years in pre-contracts/estimating

*

Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering

*

Strong Estimation software & MS Office skills

*

Confident, proactive, and team-focused
