Project Manager – Roofing & Cladding

£50,000 | Remote (South of England with site visits as required)

I'm working with a well-established roofing and cladding contractor who are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a flexible work-from-home setup with regular site visits across the South of England.

The Role:

As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple commercial roofing and cladding projects from start to finish, ensuring they’re delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Duties will include:

* Overseeing project planning, programming, and delivery

* Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and site teams

* Managing H&S, quality, and compliance on all sites

* Handling site progress reporting and financial tracking

* Attending site meetings and carrying out inspections

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager within the roofing and cladding industry

* Experience managing multiple commercial projects

* Strong organisational and communication skills

* Willingness to travel for site visits across the South of England

Package:

* Salary up to £50,000
