Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of fast-track fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK. Projects range in value from £30,000 to £150,000 and typically last between 2 days and 4 weeks. This role combines both hands-on work and site supervision, depending on the project size and scope.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple fit-out/refurbishment projects simultaneously

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard

Manage site operations including logistics, subcontractors, and health & safety compliance

Be directly involved in on-site works when needed

Communicate effectively with the pre-construction team and clients

Provide regular progress updates and proactively resolve any on-site issues

Navigate challenges in city centre and shopping centre environments

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in fast-track fit-out/refurbishment, preferably in fast food or retail

Joinery background highly desirable

Able to manage both small teams and larger crews depending on project scope

Willing to travel and stay away during projects (rotation: 12 days on / 2 days off)

Strong organisational and communication skills

Working Hours & Rotation

Shift Pattern: 12 days on / 2 days off

Daily Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
