We are currently recruiting an experienced and proactive Security Supervisor for an immediate start at Stansted Airport. This is a long-term opportunity with a competitive hourly rate and excellent working conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision of the security team and individuals on-site

*

Overseeing all site security duties, ensuring high standards at all times

*

Installation, maintenance, and cleaning of vermin deterrents/traps in welfare areas

*

Provision of a contractor-owned vehicle for work purposes

*

Compiling detailed security resource reports (personnel levels, deployment, deviations, observations, and recommendations)

*

Management of logistics security officers

*

Rostering and holiday planning

*

Staff training and development

*

Updating and maintaining security assignment instructions

*

Conducting regular security risk assessment patrols

*

Liaising effectively with the Client and logistics management

*

Coordinating with the Resourcing Manager on current and forecasted security needs

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar supervisory security role

*

Strong leadership and team management skills

*

Excellent communication and reporting abilities

*

A proactive, reliable, and professional attitude

*

Full UK driving licence (essential)

*

Ability to pass airport security clearance checks
