CSA Lead – Data Centre Construction – Finland

A well-established European contractor delivering complex data centre builds across the Nordics is looking for a CSA Lead to take charge of civil, structural, and architectural works on a major hyperscale project in Finland.

With a strong portfolio of technically advanced mission-critical projects, this contractor offers the opportunity to lead a vital scope of work on one of Europe’s most dynamic build environments.

This is a permanent, site-based leadership role ideal for a construction professional experienced in managing multiple trades and driving coordination on high-spec builds.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all civil, structural, and architectural elements, including groundworks, structural frames, internal partitions, architectural finishes, and external landscaping.

* Engage with design consultants and BIM teams to validate drawings, identify coordination clashes, and provide construction-driven input throughout delivery.

* Align CSA activities with MEP and commissioning schedules, ensuring sequencing supports overall project milestones and handover deadlines.

* Maintain high-quality standards through inspections, snagging management, and compliance with Finnish and EU regulations.

* Drive safety on-site by ensuring RAMS are up to date and subcontractor teams operate in line with project HSE protocols.

* Communicate effectively with client reps, architects, and engineers to provide regular updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues promptly.

Candidate Profile:

* 3+ years’ experience in a CSA leadership role within industrial or mission-critical construction

* Solid knowledge of civil and structural works, including reinforced concrete, steel structures, and architectural detailing

* Proven ability to manage subcontractors and interface with design and delivery teams

* Experience on data centre projects or large infrastructure builds is a plus

* Fluent English required; Nordic experience advantageous

* Must hold an EU passport or have the right to work in Finland
