Site Manager

My client is a privately owned residential developer who are building 300 RC frame apartments in West London. They are looking for a Site Manager with extensive Internals experience from 1st fix onwards on large apartment schemes, for a 6 week period starting immediately, or latest Monday 4th August.

Details of the role are as follows:

5 years of experience is expected in a similar role is required.
The role will be supported by another permanently employed Site Manager on the scheme and is to help cover the site over the summer holidays.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certs are expected
£300 per day CIS – strictly dependent on experience – the client wants to review CV's first.
