A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager to join a newly established region of a highly regarded main contractor.
With a newly launched regional office in Leicester, this division will deliver complex and socially valuable projects across a wide geography—from Buckinghamshire to Manchester. Current workload includes 4 live sites, with a further 6 projects secured and starting before Christmas.

* Façade and cladding remediation
* Social housing refurbishment
* Decarbonisation and retrofit schemes
The Role:
As Operations Manager, you will have full operational responsibility for all live and upcoming projects, ensuring delivery is safe, compliant, and to programme.
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will:
* Lead and manage multiple project teams across several locations
* Oversee operational delivery, programming, site logistics, and quality control
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards
* Support with resource planning, performance management, and project reporting
What We’re Looking For:
* A proven Operations Manager or Contracts Manager ready to step up
* Experience delivering refurbishment, façade/cladding, or retrofit projects
* A strong leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
* Comfortable managing multiple projects and site teams concurrently
