Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager/Supervisor for an exciting hotel fit-out project focusing on re-decoration. This 4-5 week project offers a dynamic working environment, and we're looking for a hands-on professional to oversee the day-to-day operations on-site and ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all site activities, ensuring work progresses according to schedule.

Manage the quality of finishes and ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Oversee a team of contractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Communicate daily with project stakeholders and report progress.

Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Resolve any site issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption.

Conduct regular site inspections and provide detailed updates to the project manager.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Assistant Site Manager/Supervisor on similar fit-out or re-decoration projects (hotel experience preferred).

Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Knowledge of industry standards and quality control practices.

CSCS card/SMSTS/first aid
