Assistant Quantity Surveyor

4Site are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our client, a high-end residential main contractor based in South West London. Known for their collaborative office culture and beautifully crafted bespoke projects, they deliver luxury residential schemes across Central and South West London. This is an excellent opportunity for a young, driven Assistant Quantity Surveyor with 1–2 years’ experience who is eager to develop within the high-end residential sector.

Responsibilities:

Assist with procurement of subcontractors and materials

Support in preparing valuations, cost reports, and final accounts

Track and manage project costs and variations

Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and clients

Help manage contracts and ensure compliance with terms

Maintain project documentation and assist in reporting to the PM and QS

Requirements:

1–2 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role

Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn

Excellent organisational and communication skills

High-end residential experience is a strong advantage

Degree qualified
