A leading main contractor with an enviable reputation and exceptionally low staff turnover is looking to appoint a Projects / Contracts Manager to join their growing team, delivering large-scale refurbishment and decarbonisation projects within the social housing sector.

The Role:

You’ll be managing all M&E-led works on a major long-term framework covering properties across North London while reporting to an Operations Manager.

Works include:

* Lift renewals

* Heating system replacements

* Ventilation upgrades

* Door entry system installations

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and experienced a Project / Contracts Manager with a strong M&E background to play a key role on a high-value, high-profile framework.
