Site Manager – New Build College Project (Stanmore)

A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their delivery team on a flagship new build college project in Stanmore. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing site team and play a key role in the successful delivery of a major educational scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Reporting directly to the Project Lead

*

Overseeing roof, façade, and external works packages

*

Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring quality and safety standards are met

*

Monitoring short-term programmes and assisting in planning/site logistics

*

Supporting with internal works where needed (experience advantageous)

*

Utilising Fieldview for site reporting and QA tracking

Requirements:

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (all in-date)

*

Strong background delivering externals on similar projects

*

Experience with Fieldview

*

Able to work collaboratively within a site team

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills
