The Role
We are seeking a technically astute Specification Sales Manager to join the growing commercial team. This is a strategic role focused on project-based sales, working with specifiers such as architects, surveyors, contractors, and building owners to deliver tailored solutions.
This is a home-based position with regular travel within the territory, reporting to a Regional Manager.
What You’ll Be Doing

Drive specification-led sales within both new build and refurbishment markets
*
Manage project procurement from concept through to completion
*
Build strong long-term relationships to foster repeat business and expand the client base
*
Deliver CPDs and technical presentations to specifiers
*
Liaise with internal technical, marketing, and admin teams to ensure smooth project delivery
*
Produce specifications, surveys, inspection reports and guarantees
*
Maintain project records and data using the CRM and tracking tools
Who We’re Looking For

Proven background in specification-led technical sales within the construction or building envelope sector
*
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*
Strong project management and territory planning abilities
*
Confident delivering CPDs and handling technical queries
*
Commercially aware, solution-focused, and results driven
*
Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-first mindset
*
Full UK driving licence
