A leading multidisciplinary property consultancy is looking to appoint a nearly MRICS Building Surveyor to join their growing Birmingham team. With a strong pipeline of project and professional work across the commercial sector, this is a fantastic opportunity for a surveyor who is preparing for their APC final assessment or recently sat the exam.
The Role: You'll work across a broad range of services, including:

Contract administration and project management
Technical due diligence and pre-acquisition surveys
Dilapidations and landlord-tenant advisory
Reinstatement cost assessmentsYou’ll be given full support toward chartership, with direct access to experienced MRICS professionals, structured APC mentoring, and exposure to a wide variety of instructions.
About You:
RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying
Actively working toward MRICS status (ideally within 6–12 months)
Strong report-writing and client-facing communication skills
Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a collaborative teamWhat’s on Offer:
£52,000k up to £55,00 basic salary

Flexible hybrid working with 2 days minimum at home
