ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s experienced team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a collaborative and supportive environment, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the commercial success of a wide variety of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, manage, and report on project budgets and cost plans

Provide cost advice throughout the design and construction process
*
Manage subcontractor procurement, payments, and contract administration
*
Liaise with project teams to monitor progress and control costs
*
Carry out site visits, valuations, and interim/final accounts
*
Support in identifying and managing risk and value engineering opportunities
*
Contribute to continuous improvement in processes and project delivery
REQUIREMENTS
*
Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
*
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role (main contracting environment preferred)
*
Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, and cost control processes
*
Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills
*
A team player with a proactive and flexible approach
*
Experience working on refurbishment and heritage projects is advantageous
