About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a landmark high-rise development in the heart of Bristol. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation

Support the management of subcontractor packages, including procurement and valuations

Help monitor project costs and assist with monthly reporting and cash flow forecasts

Attend site meetings and liaise with the project team to ensure commercial objectives are met

Learn and apply industry best practices and company procedures

Assist in preparing final accounts and variations

What We’re Looking For:

A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Excellent attention to detail and good communication abilities

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Basic knowledge of construction processes and commercial principles (desired)

Eligibility to work in the UK
