Aftercare Manager

Our client is an established main contractor operating across a range of projects including high end residential, commercial, retail, mixed use, leisure, care home projects and more.

They are currently looking or an Aftercare Manager to join their team at head office in Central London.

The main purpose of the role is to manage all aftercare / defect related issues through to resolution and building relationships with both customer and sub-contractors. The ideal candidate will have experience of working on residential and commercial projects and dealing with post completion defects.

The role will require site visits across London.

Their ideal candidate will already possess:

* Previous experience in Aftercare, defect investigation, and resolution on residential and commercial projects.

* Solid construction technical knowledge.

* Commercial and contract awareness.

* Excellent communication and relationship building skills. • Proven experience in implementing relevant Health & Safety procedures and fostering a safety culture.

* Relevant industry qualifications.

Salary is negotiable on experience, but will be competitive.
