Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to manage multiple complex projects from inception through to delivery. You’ll ensure all work aligns with industry regulations and client expectations, enhance efficiency through operational improvements, and serve as a central point of support across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor and guide more junior colleagues to support their growth and performance

*

Structure engineer schedules and allocate resources to maintain smooth operations

*

Serve as the primary technical liaison, offering expert support and advice

*

Ensure availability of materials and on‑site resources, such as scaffolding and skips, when needed

*

Address resident enquiries with professionalism and escalate sensitive issues appropriately

*

Engage directly with clients to clarify needs and deliver on expectations

*

Capture and maintain detailed records of client interactions

*

Compile and issue project and regulatory documentation (e.g., FRA, fire safety reports)

*

Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating complex or critical concerns as necessary

*

Support administrative colleagues by managing escalations and balancing workloads

*

Maintain project logs and documentation, ensuring internal tracking tools are accurate

*

Review colleagues’ work for consistency and precision

*

Drive process improvements, contributing to more efficient workflows

*

Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting for FRA and remediation initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Essential

*

Excellent written and verbal communication

*

Strong organisational skills with deadline awareness

*

Experience in customer-facing roles

*

Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Word

*

Familiarity with relevant software tools and applications

*

Experience in construction or a related field

Desirable

*

Experience with Passive FRA

*

Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Maths & English (Grade C or above)
