About the Role:
Our client, a reputable construction and refurbishment contractor, is seeking a confident, personable, and highly organised Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join their team on a permanent basis for a project based in Harlow. This role is essential for maintaining strong communication between residents, site teams, and project managers during the delivery of refurbishment and maintenance works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main point of contact for residents before, during, and after works.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring their concerns are addressed and resolved promptly.
* Conduct resident profiling, satisfaction surveys, and needs assessments.
* Organise and attend resident meetings, open days, and consultation events.
* Coordinate access arrangements and minimise disruption to residents.
* Provide regular updates to residents and internal teams on project progress.
* Maintain accurate records of all resident interactions and actions taken.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or in a customer-focused role within construction or social housing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and administrative capabilities.
* Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
* A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
