Principal Electrical Engineer

A Building Services Consultancy are looking to add a Principal Electrical Design Engineer to their team due to an increase in workload. They work on a variety of projects; education, healthcare, industrial and commercial to name a few.

Duties and Responsibilities

This position is for someone who has experience as an Principal Electrical Design Engineer in the Building Services Industry

* As an Principal Electrical Design Engineer, you will act as a Project Leader on selected projects

* Managing engineers and technicians

* Carry out detailed designs of Electrical Services

* Promote the level of technical excellence within the team

* Client presentations on selected projects

* Preparation of enquiry plans, tener reviews, fee estimate sheets etc.

Requirements:

* You will previously have worked in a Building Services Consultancy or Contractor as an Principal Electrical Design Engineer, Senior Electrical Design Engineer, Electrical Design Engineer.

* BTEC/ONC/HNC/Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering

* Understanding and experience of working with AutoCAD and design software’s such as Amtech, Revit, Auto CAD
