We are partnering with a progressive and growing architecture studio that is looking for a driven and skilled Architect to become an integral part of their talented team in Essex. This role provides full involvement across all RIBA Work Stages, a clear framework for career progression, and the opportunity to grow into a senior leadership position in the future.

Your Role Will Include:

Conducting site visits and attending client meetings to capture project requirements

Producing and submitting detailed 2D and 3D design proposals for planning approvals

Liaising with external consultants to ensure coordinated project execution

Creating technical packages for Building Regulations compliance

Representing the firm at industry events and networking gatherings

Engaging with potential clients and responding to new project opportunities

Managing multiple projects and deadlines autonomously

Supporting the director with operational tasks and office administration

What We're Looking For:

Registered Architect with ARB accreditation

Solid background in residential projects, with strong capability across RIBA Stages 0-4

Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign

Thorough understanding of Planning Policy and Building Regulations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong planning and time management abilities

Comfortable and confident in both client-facing and networking scenarios
