Residential Development – Central London

We are seeking an experienced and professional MEP Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical, and public health services installations on a large-scale residential redevelopment in Central London.

For this MEP Manager role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of building services from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage all MEP installations onsite for the residential development

* Coordinate design and technical input with consultants, subcontractors, and the project team

* Monitor progress, quality, and programme adherence of all services works

* Chair regular MEP coordination meetings and report to the Project Manager

* Ensure compliance with all statutory and safety regulations

* Oversee commissioning and handover of all mechanical, electrical, and public health systems

Qualifications and Experience:

* Minimum 7 years’ experience managing MEP installations on large-scale residential or commercial construction projects

* Experience working within main contracting or specialist M&E subcontractor environments

* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and public health services delivery

* Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

* Relevant trade or engineering qualification preferred

Location: Central London
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 all-in package
Contract: Permanent
