Are you a qualified P402 Asbestos Surveyor looking for a new opportunity with a reliable workload and varied sites? We’re seeking a skilled and motivated surveyor to join our team, covering a mix of commercial and domestic properties across the Midlands.

The Role

As a P402 Asbestos Surveyor, you’ll carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys, ensuring full compliance with current regulations and best practices. This is a field-based role offering variety, independence, and the chance to work on a broad portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct asbestos surveys

Produce accurate reports using digital systems

Collect and label samples for laboratory analysis

Liaise with clients and contractors professionally on site

Ensure all work complies with health & safety standards

What We’re Looking For

BOHS P402 qualification (essential)

Proven experience in asbestos surveying

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Full UK driving licence
