Lead the Design. Drive the Delivery. Shape Global Aviation. An internationally renowned design studio is delivering one of the most high-profile aviation developments in the Middle East – and they’re looking for an architecturally minded Design Manager / Project Manager to lead from the front.

This is a career-defining opportunity for a Senior Architect or Design Manager ready to step into a strategic role: part technical leader, part project coordinator, part client-facing design ambassador.
You’ll be the engine behind a globally visible, large-scale airport project – ensuring the design intent is delivered without compromise across RIBA Stages 1 – 6.
 
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
Acting as design lead and technical coordinator across all project stages
Overseeing detailed Revit-based development, BIM workflows, and delivery milestones
Managing a multidisciplinary consultant team across time zones and packages
Translating client vision into buildable, world-class airport architecture
Navigating complex stakeholder input and maintaining design quality under pressure
Reporting on programme, risk, compliance, and technical progress 
🔍 What We’re Looking For
Qualified Architect (ARB / Part 3) with a strong technical and delivery background
Demonstrated experience on complex, large-scale infrastructure projects (aviation, transport, etc.)
Deep knowledge of RIBA Stages 1 – 6, including coordination and compliance
Revit/BIM literate — while this isn’t a modelling role, you must speak the language fluently
A proactive communicator and calm decision-maker in high-stakes environments
Strong team leadership, commercial awareness, and international consultant experience
