Join a world-renowned design studio delivering one of the most high-profile airport developments in the Middle East. We're looking for a Framework Lead with an architectural background to oversee technical design standards, coordination frameworks, and multi-package integration across a major aviation programme.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design framework across multiple workstreams/packages
Set technical standards, QA/QC protocols, and BIM coordination procedures
Ensure design compliance, consistency, and quality across teams and time zones
Support project architects and consultants with technical guidance and escalation
Interface with client, engineering, and delivery teams to manage programme-wide coordination  Requirements:
Part 3 Qualified Architect (ARB registered preferred)
Extensive experience on large-scale aviation, transport or infrastructure projects
Strong technical knowledge across RIBA Stages 1 – 6
Proven leadership in design governance and cross-package coordination
Revit and BIM literate – able to oversee technical standards, not hands-on modelling
Clear communicator, highly organised, and experienced in complex stakeholder environments  Why Apply?
