Call all experienced Project Directors for an exciting new opportunity for an experienced M & E Project Director to join a world-leading construction and development company, working on some of the world’s largest development projects.

The Company:

Key responsibilities:

* The project director will be responsible for delivering high-level development.

* The project director will be responsible for managing the development’s finances.

* The project director will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the project, alongside the project's overall progress,

* The project director will be responsible for reporting to the leadership team and reporting on how the project is progressing.

* The project director will also be responsible for developing the wider business and supporting the leadership team.

Skills and Background:

* The project director needs to be from an M and E background and have previous experience in project directing major construction projects worth over 50 million pounds.

* The project director must have shown the ability to complete the project from its tender to completion.

* The project director must understand leading diverse teams.
