As a Joinery Estimator, you will be based at our manufacturing plant in Bristol, and will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase, ensuring accurate pricing and budgeting for multiple fit out projects.

What are we looking for?

* Proven experience as an Estimator in the joinery industry.

* Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes

* Attention to detail.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyse project specifications and blueprints to determine the scope of work and materials needed

* Collaborate with project managers to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation

* Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials and equipment costs

* Review and analyse historical data to make informed decisions on cost factors and pricing strategies

* Track and monitor project costs throughout the duration of the project, making adjustments as necessary.
