Assistant Quantity Surveyor – PLC Housebuilder – Surrey

Join a leading national housebuilder as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, supporting the commercial team across a range of high-quality housing developments in Surrey.

Working under an experienced QS, you’ll assist with cost management, subcontractor procurement, valuations, and monthly reporting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–3 years’ experience (or a strong graduate with a placement year) to develop their career within a structured, supportive environment.

📍 Location: Surrey
💰 Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + car allowance, bonus & benefits
🏗️ Projects: Traditional build residential sites

Requirements:

Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or similar

Some experience with a housebuilder or main contractor
