SITE MANAGER REQUIRED!

Net Temps Limited is recruiting for a Site Manager to work on a temporary basis for one of our clients.

The Client:

The client is a Building and Construction firm who is currently operating on several projects across the UK.

The Opportunity:

Working as a Site Manager you will be based on the current site they have in Derby City Centre for 3 months. Candidates will be required to have a background in Building and Construction.

Duties:

* Coordination of subcontractors and trades: Overseeing subcontractors who are operating steel works, overseeing block paving and overseeing cladding.

* Project planning and scheduling: Develop and maintain timelines, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.

* Supervision of on-site activities: Ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.

* Health and safety enforcement: Ensure all site workers follow safety regulations, reducing risks and promoting a safe work environment.

* Progress monitoring and reporting: Track project milestones, assess work quality, and report updates to stakeholders.

The Role / Experience & Responsibilities:

The client requires a Site Manager who is able to work in Selby. To be considered for the role, the following experience and certifications will be sought after:

* MUST have SMSTS and First Aid

* REQUIRED to have a background in Building and Construction

* IDEALLY be local to Derby

* REQUIRED to wear Full PPE (hard hat, High Vis & Safety boots)

* MUST have working reference

* MUST have the right to work in the UK

Pay:

Day rate is £280.
