Project Manager – Air Conditioning

Full lifecycle of HVAC projects, from planning to handover – projects typically in London and home counties, head office nr Portsmouth.

5+ years air conditioning install project management experience required.

Salary to £65K

The Role

Planning: design, procurement, installation, commissioning
Budgeting ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
Scheduling: Manage timelines and resources efficiently
Supervise, motivate, and coordinate a team of technicians, installers, and engineers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions
Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standardsRequirements

5+ years experience managing HVAC or air conditioning projects
Running multiple projects in value from £25k – £900k.
In-depth knowledge of air conditioning systems, installation, and maintenance practices.
Strong project management skills, with experience managing budgets, timelines, and teams.
Relevant trade certifications.Package

Salary £50-£65k DoE
