About the Role:
We’re representing a leading main contractor delivering a prestigious, high-rise residential development in central Liverpool. As the project progresses into key delivery phases, they’re seeking an experienced Block Manager to take ownership of one or more blocks, ensuring smooth coordination of trades, quality control, and programme delivery.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term prospects on a standout scheme that sets the benchmark for high-quality city living.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day site activities within your designated block(s), ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure alignment with programme milestones.

* Monitor quality, carry out snagging, and support the handover process.

* Liaise with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and design teams to resolve issues and maintain momentum.

* Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and health & safety documentation.

Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience as a Block Manager or Finishing Manager on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.

* Strong understanding of construction sequencing, quality standards, and subcontractor coordination.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required.

* Eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-spec finishes.
