The Role
We are seeking a qualified Solicitor (1–3 years PQE), ideally dual-qualified in English and Scottish Law with a property law focus, to join us during an exciting period of growth. You will play a key role in providing legal support across the business, working closely with our in-house Legal Counsel and wider teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Review titles and property documentation.
* Draft, review, negotiate, and finalise legal agreements.
* Provide legal advice and guidance to internal teams.
* Coordinate with external legal partners and stakeholders.
* Work alongside in-house Legal Counsel on a variety of matters.
* Develop templates and oversee their use within the wider team.
* Deliver general legal support to associated businesses.
Requirements
* 1–3 years PQE, with experience in the Real Estate sector.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent drafting skills.
* Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise multiple tasks.
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* IT literate with solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Team player with a collaborative, professional approach.
