Fire Stopper

Please note you must have CSCS + NVQ Level 2 in passive fire as well as an IPAF to be considered for this role. Central london locattion no parking provided so will need to use public transport.

A regional leader of compliance services is looking for experienced fire stoppers to join their team on a long term self employed basis. You will be working on a large commercial project, installing batt/mastic and compound works. All works on one site.

The successful candidate will have:

* At least three years’ fire stopping experience (required)

* NVQ level 2 passive fire protection (required)

* Valid CSCS card (required)

* Experience with batt and mastic, fire barrier and compound

* Fire curtain experience preferred (beneficial)

* Asbestos Awareness certificate (beneficial)

Roles and responsibilities

* Complete works in line with the manufacture’s specification

* Document works on a step-by-step basis, ensuring evidence is taken accurately

* Problem solving and being able to overcome unforeseen issues with the work

* Liaise with customers and members of the public
