The Company

My client are the dedicated façade and cladding arm of a larger construction group.

Working across new builds and existing structures, including remediation and compliance upgrades

Office in Central London.

The Role – Estimator – Facade/Cladding/Curtain Wall (Hybrid)

With a growing pipeline of developments across residential, commercial, hotel, mixed-use, and industrial sectors, my client need someone who can confidently manage façade, cladding, and curtain walling estimates.

The role can be a hybrid working model (e.g. x1 day in the London office and x4 days from home) on a permanent or freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for façade packages

* Review architectural drawings and specifications across multiple building types

* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and assess value

* Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options

* Support bid submissions and post-tender negotiations

* Maintain up-to-date cost databases and market knowledge

Requirements:

* Proven experience estimating façade, cladding, and curtain walling systems

* Experience in remediation projects is an advantage.

* Familiarity with new build developments across various sectors

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

* Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft software.

* Ideally available within 2 weeks
