Architectural Technician

A dynamic architectural studio is seeking a talented Technical Technician with experience in producing detailed technical drawings and coordinating BIM workflows, ideally gained over 2 to 4 years in practice.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grounding in technical drawing production, solid knowledge of UK building regulations, and a proactive approach to BIM coordination and delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

Producing and coordinating detailed technical drawings and documentation across RIBA stages
Supporting BIM workflows and contributing to the development of collaborative project models
Assisting in the delivery of residential and mixed-use schemes, both on screen and on site
Liaising with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design and technical compliance
Responding to regulatory feedback with well-informed technical revisions
Residential projects
Your Skills & Experience

Proficiency in Revit is essential; AutoCAD
Good working knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards and UK building regulations
Experience in clash detection and model federation workflows
Ability to produce construction and tender packages with clarity and precision
Clear communication skills and confidence working within interdisciplinary teamsWhat's on offer?
