The Opportunity

As a Junior Site Engineer, you’ll play a key supporting role in the delivery of complex groundwork operations. You'll assist in setting out, quality control, and site coordination—developing your skills while contributing to a reputable, fast-paced project.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting out, levelling, and surveying of the site

*

Work from drawings and specifications to support site operations

*

Liaise with project managers and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow

*

Ensure accurate records are maintained, including as-builts and measurements

*

Contribute to site safety, quality assurance, and compliance processes

*

Support with material orders and site logistics as required

Requirements

*

Minimum 2 years of experience in a site engineering role within groundworks or civil engineering

*

Familiarity with surveying equipment (e.g., Total Station, GPS)

*

A relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline

*

Strong communication and teamwork skills

*

A hands-on, eager-to-learn attitude and attention to detail

*

CSCS card (essential), SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable)
