Hill McGlynn is currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable main contractor based in Canterbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a well-established company offering a competitive salary of £40,000 per year plus car allowance.

The Role:
You will provide comprehensive PA support to senior management, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective diary management.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of longevity in previous roles, showcasing reliability and commitment.

Key Requirements:

Some light sales work and dealing with rental properties will be required on occasion, so a clear and confident manner is important.

Strong experience working as a Personal Assistant, ideally within construction or a related industry

Demonstrated ability to manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Proven longevity in previous roles, evidencing dedication and stability
