Senior Quantity Surveyor

A global quantity surveying consultancy is seeking a professional Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience leading new build and/or fit-out projects, as they add to their ever-growing head office in London.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based in their modern, iconic London office, working across a diverse portfolio of hotel, residential, and commercial schemes across the Southeast.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading 2-4 projects at any given time, providing both pre and post cost management services with the support of a couple of high level assistant quantity surveyors.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying

* MRICS qualified

* UK Cost Management experience within the Real Estate/Property sector

* Experience working on larger projects of £10m value or over (or equivalent)

* Experience working on new build and fit-out projects

* Excellent communication skills and client facing.
