Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Site Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a dynamic and evolving role, ideal for someone with a background in construction and a practical, team-oriented mindset. As the role develops, so too will the responsibilities, offering the right candidate the opportunity to grow and shape the position.

Key Responsibilities:

While the role will expand and evolve over time, initial duties may include:

Supporting day-to-day coordination of site activities and logistics.

Conducting regular site checks and reporting findings to management.

*

Assisting with welfare facility organisation and ensuring they are maintained.

*

Supporting health and safety compliance on site, including documentation and reporting.

*

Assisting with site organisation, signage, storage areas, and walkways.

*

Working collaboratively with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

*

Acting as a key point of contact for administrative and operational support.

*

Being responsive to changes in site demands and adapting support accordingly.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

*

Previous experience working on or supporting construction sites.

*

Awareness of Health & Safety practices and site welfare considerations.

*

Familiarity with plant and site equipment, and general site organisation.

*

Strong organisational and communication skills.

*

A hands-on, flexible attitude with the ability to multitask.

*

Confidence working both independently and as part of a team.

*

Willingness to take initiative and evolve with the role.

Desirable (Not Essential):

*

CSCS Card or equivalent site-related certification.

*

First Aid training.

*

Experience conducting H&S inspections or site audits
