Duties of the Customer Care Advisor:

Delivering first-class service to clients and contractors

Managing emails and calls promptly and professionally

Supporting with queries, job assignments, and escalations

*

Liaising with contractors to monitor progress and chase updates

*

Administering and raising a high volume of quoted works

*

Ensuring accurate records and system updates

*

Supporting business KPIs and collaborating with engineers, site managers, and internal teams

*

Identifying ways to improve processes and response times

The ideal Customer Care Advisor will have:
