Site Manager

I'm working with the main contractor on a new freelance Site Manager role for a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school build near Selby. It's a 12-month contract, Outside IR35, paying £280/day.

Essential qualifications for this Site Manager role:

Valid SMSTS certificate (renewed within five years)
CITB MAP HSE test passed within the last 2 years
CSCS Black Manager's card (requires NVQ Level 4-7 or CIOB equivalent)
Actively holding or working toward a Level 4 NVQ in Site Management or similarYou'll be overseeing daily site activity, coordinating subcontractors, managing H&S on site, and ensuring progress aligns with programme. Steel frame experience would be beneficial, and SEN or education build background is a plus
