Project/Senior Site Manager

My client is an award winning construction company with a focus on Healthcare and New Build Care homes. Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit a hands on Project Manager/Senior Site Manager to join the business on a full time permanent basis. You will be an experienced No.1 with experience in managing larger schemes to £10m, experience of new build care homes would be highly advantageous but not essential. A strong background in leading and running projects from inception to completion is essential. You must be prepared to travel and lodge when required.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations on site, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
• Lead and coordinate the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Conduct regular site meetings and progress reports with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation
• Solve site-related problems efficiently and effectively
• Work collaboratively with the Contracts Manager & commercial and design team to ensure successful project delivery
