Experience (Essential)
* Must have at least 5yrs experience working in Highways & Transport in a similar role undertaking cyclical maintenance activities including verge cutting, weedkilling, & vegetation management / clearance.
* Must have an understanding to Rights of Way and their usage / value as a public amenity
* Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle for site visits.
* Must attend and work from a depot within Cambridgeshire minimum of 3 x per week.
* Needs to be familiar with managing and leading diverse teams.
