Site Manager – New Build Residential (Up to £60k + Progression)
Locations: Westby, Farnworth, Greater Manchester, Runcorn
Salary: Up to £60,000 + package & progression
Contract: Permanent | Full-Time | On-site

Due to this continued growth, we are now recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee delivery of new housing developments in Westby (Fylde), Farnworth (Greater Manchester), or Runcorn.

🧱 The Role
As Site Manager, you’ll lead all on-site activity from breaking ground through to handover. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, to standard, and within budget – while maintaining strong relationships with contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
Core responsibilities:

Manage all day-to-day site operations for new build housing schemes
*
Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring works are delivered to spec
*
Monitor build programme and flag delays or risks early
*
Ensure health & safety compliance, reporting, and quality checks
*
Liaise with internal departments, clients, and local authorities as needed
*
Promote a positive, productive site culture
👷 Who We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential housebuilding
*
Strong technical understanding of new build processes (traditional and modern methods)
*
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid qualified (or equivalent)
*
Quality-focused, organised, and an excellent people manager
*
Able to problem-solve on site and drive a positive HSE culture
*
Someone ambitious who wants to grow with the business
