Our client is a well-established residential developer seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the internal fit-out of a new-build apartment scheme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the 1st and 2nd fix works working in a block of 92 units, ensuring delivery to programme, quality, and health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site activities related to the apartment fit-out
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors across all finishing trades
Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management
Ensure high standards of workmanship, particularly during finishing stages
Maintain strict health and safety compliance on site Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential developments
Strong background in managing 1st and 2nd fix fit-out packages
SMSTS, First Aid, and valid CSCS card are essential
