Construction Project Manager – Residential (RC Frame) – Permanent

A new opportunity has opened up for an experienced Construction Project Manager to take the lead on a high-value residential build from the ground up. This is a permanent role, initially focused on delivering a £20M apartment complex using RC frame construction — overseeing all stages from pre-construction through to handover.

You’ll be joining a well-established main contractor known for delivering large-scale commercial and residential schemes across the UK and Ireland. The role will suit someone confident running complex projects with full control of programme, cost, and quality.

Role:

Manage a £20M RC frame apartment scheme from pre-con to completion

*

Oversee programme, procurement, quality, cost and H&S on site

*

Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and professional teams

*

Liaise with design consultants, clients, and senior leadership

*

Drive progress, resolve issues, and maintain build quality

*

Manage fit-out and handover phases through to client sign-off

Requirements:

*

Proven experience delivering multi-million-pound construction projects

*

Strong background in RC frame and multi-storey residential builds

*

Track record managing projects from start to finish (including fit-out)

*

Excellent understanding of HSEQ, construction law, and project controls

*

Confident communicator with good commercial and client-facing skills

*

SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White), First Aid
