About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of commercial fit-out and refurbishment schemes ranging from £500k to £5m, managing projects from inception to handover. Working closely with the Pre-Construction and Delivery teams, you will be responsible for programme management, client liaison, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and ensuring high-quality finishes on time and within budget.

Managing subcontractor packages and site teams

Maintaining close communication with clients and consultants

Overseeing health & safety and ensuring compliance

Driving programme and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones

Requirements:

Proven experience managing fit-out and refurbishment projects (commercial interiors preferred)
*
Strong knowledge of project programming, health & safety, and building regs
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills
*
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep a calm head under pressure
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certification essential
*
Joinery background or technical trade experience beneficial but not essential
