Location: Slough

Salary: £42-48,000

A leading architectural practice specialising exclusively in the care and supported living sector is looking for a Senior Architect to join their dedicated team in Slough, Berkshire. Develop design briefs in collaboration with clients
Conduct site assessments and prepare feasibility studies
Produce detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
Submit and manage planning applications and related documentation
Prepare tender documentation and attend contractor interviews
Conduct site visits and monitor project progress through to completion
Manage timelines, budgets, and project resources
Mentor and guide junior team members
Contribute to design innovation and sustainability goalsIdeal Candidate

ARB-registered Architect with substantial post-Part 3 experience
Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign/Photoshop
Strong eye for design, detail, and spatial awareness
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident presenting to clients and managing expectations
Organised and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently
In-depth knowledge of UK planning procedures and Building Regulations
Passionate about sustainability, people-centred design, and social impact
Holds a valid UK driving licence
Able to lead small teams and work collaboratively across disciplines
