About the Role
As a Senior Pre-Construction Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and securing complex, design-focused projects. Reporting to the Pre-Construction Director, you will lead tenders, manage early-stage client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver compelling, high-quality proposals.
Key responsibilities include:

Leading the end-to-end tender process across multiple projects

Developing bid strategies and contributing to winning submissions
*
Coordinating design development, buildability reviews, and VE workshops
*
Managing key pre-construction documentation including programmes, prelims, and risk registers
*
Working closely with Estimating, Design, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless project handovers

Requirements:

Proven experience in a Pre-Construction or Bid Manager role within the fit-out/refurbishment sector
*
Track record of winning and mobilising projects from £1m to £10m+
*
Deep understanding of commercial interiors, design development, and procurement routes
*
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
*
Ability to lead across multiple concurrent bids with a calm, strategic approach
